To confirm a reservation, you can either pay a deposit via PayPal,
or send us your credit card information. We will not charge the credit card unless the client doesn't show up.
The balance is due upon check-in.
Pay a deposit:
Guests may cancel up to 30 days prior to check-in date. Within 30 days guests are responsible for the full length of their stay.
All cancellations must be received in writing by email.
During Christmas, New Years and Easter we require a minimum booking of 4 nights and full payment 60 days prior to arrival.
Check-in is at 2 p.m. check-out is at 11 a.m. Special times can usually be arranged.
